  • Manage pastry inventory and production schedules.
  • Maintain sanitation and recipe consistency. Qualifications:
  • Pastry training or experience preferred.

Prep Cook

Ensure stations are stocked and ingredients are ready for service. 


  • Chop, measure, and prepare ingredients.
  • Label, store, and rotate food per FIFO guidelines.
  • Assist line cooks and follow chef direction. Qualifications:
  • Kitchen experience helpful; reliable and organized.
  • Basic food-safety understanding required

Barback

Support bartenders by keeping the bar stocked, clean, and running smoothly. 


  • Restock coolers, glassware, and supplies.
